Curated by Original Z-Boy Nathan Pratt and exhibited at the California Heritage Museum
through April, 2012 ~ the Shortboard Revolution chronicles the most influential surfboard
designs and shapers from the era which revolutionized surfing and surf craft.
The Fin Studio was commissioned by Presenting Sponsor, Hurley, to curate, design and Publish a
rich coffee-table book to document both this inspiring gallery show as well as this critical time in surfing history. Working with archival, never-seen-before images from the era’s leading photographers, Jeff Divine, Art Brewer, C.R. Stecyk, and Steve Wilkings ~ the Shortboard Revolution Limited Edition Book can be found at the Museum as well in select Hurley retailers nationwide.
